Consultancy Skills Training

InDepth is an Approved Centre of the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC) and is accredited to deliver consultancy skills training programmes by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), who are the qualifications awarding body. Specifically we offer the:

Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials; and,

Diploma in Management Consultancy

Both of these qualifications are stepping stones to becoming a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) as awarded by the IBC and are delivered in workshop based courses.

Management Development Programme

Our Management Development Programme leads to an NVQ level 4 award that is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. The Programme develops skilled, capable and confident managers with leadership potential, able to drive forward business priorities. 

• Who have the confidence to inspire and lead others;
• An enhanced ability to manage people successfully; and,
• The talent to drive change and persuade others to deliver results.

This development programme is delivered in a modular format and can be tailored to specific organisation requirements.

Distance Learning

Our on line Distance Learning Programmes allow business professionals to manage and maintain their own continuous professional development wherever they are in the world. We offer our consultancy skills development programme, comprising of the:

Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials - CMCO:DL (45 hours learning);

Diploma in Management Consultancy - DMC:DL (240 hours guided learning)

on a Distance Learning basis and have monthly intakes from September to May. All delegates are supported throughout their learning by a personally assigned course tutor.

Leadership Capability Development

Our Consultants are all qualified psychometricians who have relevant qualifications coupled with a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing Leadership Capability in Senior, Middle and Junior Managers.They are qualified to use a range of various tools such as the:

• Myers - Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI);
  
• FIRO B;
  
• 16PF; and,
  
• 360 degree feedback, including benchmarks

These have proved to be excellent, objective and robust tools to assist with developing self awareness and realising potential throughout organisations.
