Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials (CMCO) - 45 hours guided learning comprising of x 6 modules.
Course Costs £1,450 for IC members or £1,750 for non IC members. Distance Learning Programme costs £995 for IC members and £1,495 for non IC members

The CMCO provides an introduction to management consultancy. As an aspiring management consultant, it will help you learn about:
- the consultancy role;
- the consultancy cycle;
- the client relationship;
- communication for consultants;
- effective project delivery; and,
- structured, knowledge, research and analysis

Diploma in Management Consultancy (DMC) - 240 hours learning via x 10 modules, assessed by achievement of all learning outcomes.
Course Costs £3,995 for IC members or £4,495 for non IC members. Distance Learning Programme costs £2,495 for IC members and £2,995 for non IC members

The DMC will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours to operate as a management consultant. It is intended for people who want to enter management consultancy from a functional discipline or for those who wish to develop the skills and knowledge needed in the field of management consultancy. It is recommended that candidates are educated to degree level or have a minimum of five years business expereince. You will learn about:
- professional practice;
- professional development;
- organisation structure and culture;
- entry & diagnosis;
- interpersonal interaction;
- group techniques;
- communicating with impact;
- effective project management; and,
- tools and techniques for effective consulting
