Fiona Murie, FIC CMC, MBA

Fiona is an organisational development professional specialising in strategic organisational change and people development.  She helps to determine the strategic approach and works with people to put strategy, processes and structure in place and develop the appropriate leadership, behaviours, culture and skills.

Fiona works at executive and board level to enable teams to function more effectively, help define strategy and culture, and develop ethical leadership.  She also has excellent project management skills and extensive experience of designing and delivering bespoke learning and development interventions for all levels.

Fiona has specialist skills in leadership and management development, learning and development, culture and transformation, team-building, employee engagement and programme/project management. 

Highly organised with a practical approach, Fiona is passionate about helping others to succeed.  She has been managing InDepth's two consultancy skills qualifications accredited by CMI, is a qualified MBTI practitioner, and an Associate Tutor at Bradford University School of Management, tutoring MBA students on the Personal Development Planning module.

Fiona's recent assignments include Derby University, the Swaziland Government and Wakefield and District Housing.

Sarah Goodwin FIC CMC MBA Cert Ed

Sarah is an independent, free thinking management consultant and an accomplished organisational development strategist with 25 years experience of public and private sector business delivery. Working extensively with central and local govenrment Sarah has successfully brought a range of organisations and their respective cultures together to establish firm foundations for the delivery of their future business challenges.

Sarah is passionate about releasing potential to energise and enable sustained added value and specialises in leadership and management development leading to organisational growth. Sarah operates with high energy, enthusiasm and a drive that becomes contagious in the organisations with whom she works.

A Founding Director of InDepth Consulting Limited, Sarah is committed to continuous professional development, is a qualified psychometrician and is currently studying for a Doctorate, researching aspects of Tribal Leadership and how this may help global corporate business.

Sarah is the Programme Director for our suite of Consultancy Skills Qualifications that are awarded by the Chartered Management Institute.

Sarah is committed to driving up the standards of Business Consultancy and was Chair of the East Midlands Region of the Institute of Consulting (IC).
