InDepth’s commitment to professional standards in management consultancy was recognised and rewarded at the Institute of Business Consulting annual awards ceremony where we were announced as 'Winners’ in the hotly contended category of the most active premier practice in the field of standards.

Directors Sarah Goodwin and Fiona Murie both attended this prestigious awards ceremony, held at the Savoy Hotel, London on 6th December 2007 and were proud to accept the award presented by Michael Rendell, from event sponsor’s Bannerman Rendell. As Fiona said during our acceptance, “This award is really special and means so much to us, our own first class team and our clients. It is recognition of our effort, investment, commitment and our drive.”

InDepth has received formal acknowledgement from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) that we have passed their rigorous and demanding assessment criteria to become an Approved Centre of both the CMI and the Institute of Business Consulting. Accredited to deliver the Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials (CMCE) and the Diploma in Management Consultancy. InDepth is also looking to add a suite of accredited training programmes for the Business Consulting Professional, including the Certificate and Diploma in Business Support.

InDepth's co-founding Director Sarah Goodwin has been successfully elected to the role of the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC) regional chair for the East Midlands, a role that she is both delighted and excited about.

Sarah would like to thank everyone for the fantastic support that she has received so far. She is keen to work with members across the region to play a full, positive and rewarding role in developing the regions interests as well as supporting the Institute as it ontinues to grow and develop in representing its members.

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) has formally approved InDepth as a provider of the Endorsed Award for our Management Development Programme. When successfully completed by candidates they will be awarded a nationally recognised qualification by the ILM that equates to the NVQ Level 4.

Programme Director, Fiona Murie, is particularly chuffed that the ILM have endorsed the programme and for the excellent feedback received. "It really is a challenging and fresh approach to developing managers into business leaders and I believe that it is the highly participative and business focused approach that makes it such a winner," she enthuses.

The event was introduced and chaired by Mary Chapman, Chief Executive of the Chartered Management Institute, who was joined by a panel of business expert guest speakers and concluded with an open Question and Answer session
