Question

Answer

Do you offer a bespoke training and development service or do you have a number of “off the shelf packages” available?

We always look to tailor our products and services to your specific requirements rather than apply a “one size fits all” type of approach. However, when we use psychometric instruments, such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), we adhere strictly to the ethical use and administration guidelines of the respective tool.

Do you deliver learning and development activities on your own premises?

We look to deliver learning and development activities in the best possible venue to encourage the best possible outcomes. Sometimes this may be on our clients own premises; in locations close to the workplace; in hotels and conference centres and sometimes in more remote locations, dependent on what outcomes and business factors need to be taken into account.

Do you have a formal accreditation/certification proceses for your learning and development programmes?

We recommend that the individual should be able to select what most suits their own requirements, capabilities, confidence, aspirations and best fits to ensure that a healthy Work Life Balance is maintained. The principle of encouraging further learning and achieving appropriate certification and or other qualifications is a positive step but there is no “one size fits all”. Encouraging diversity and wider options for certification and accreditation routes, as long as they are aligned to the efficient and effective delivery of business objectives, will bring more skills, knowledge and enthusiasm into the work place and be a real motivating force.
